Job summary

ProCare Therapy is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist to provide school-based OT services at a single site in Hartsville, SC. The role supports a caseload of 12 elementary students (grades 1–5) with 5.5 direct hours per week under a contract arrangement.

You will assess, develop IEP-aligned treatment plans, document progress, and participate in IEP meetings while collaborating with teachers and families to promote student success.

Qualifications

• Licensed OT with state credentials.
• Experience in school/pediatric settings valued.
• Strong communication for collaboration with teachers and parents.
• Familiarity with IEP processes and documentation.
• Ability to tailor interventions to elementary grades

Responsibilities

• Deliver OT services to students in grades 1–5.
• Assess and develop individualized treatment plans per IEPs.
• Document progress and maintain records for regular reports.
• Participate in IEP meetings as needed.
• Provide consultative support to staff and parents
