Job summary

Cross Country Education is seeking a compassionate Occupational Therapist to provide student-centered support in an elementary school in Clyde, NY. You will work with a caseload of about 30 students, addressing functional and educational needs to promote participation and growth.

The ideal candidate holds a Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy and an active New York OT license, with pediatric experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct and indirect OT services to elementary students across a caseload of approximately 30 students.
• Evaluate student needs, develop data-informed goals and recommendations, and provide interventions and supports.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, educators, families, and students to promote participation and success in the school environment.
• Participate in special education and building-based teams while maintaining professional standards and pursuing ongoing professional development.
