Job summary

Cross Country Education is seeking a local contract School Occupational Therapist to serve Redmond, Washington, for the 2026–2027 school year. The role requires providing onsite OT services across elementary campuses, aligned with IEPs, with a standard 40-hour work week.The position offers a 41-week contract, competitive hourly pay of $48.20 to $51.20, weekly pay, and benefits. A Washington license, ESA certification, and school-based experience are preferred to join our educator-led team.

Qualifications

• Master's or Doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy.
• Active Washington Occupational Therapist License.
• Active Washington Educational Staff Associate (ESA) Certification.
• Previous school-based experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite occupational therapy services across elementary campuses in accordance with students' IEPs and program guidelines.
• Conduct evaluations, develop treatment plans, and implement evidence-based interventions addressing functional, sensory, and motor needs.
• Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams while maintaining accurate documentation and participating in required meetings.
• Participate in required professional development and training to maintain compliance with district and program requirements.
