Job summary

Zohorecruit is seeking an Elementary School Nurse (RN) for an on-site role in Berwyn, IL. You will provide direct nursing care to K–5 students, administer medications, conduct health screenings, and support students with IEP/504 plans throughout the school day.

The position requires an Illinois RN license and a BSN or related bachelor’s degree. Immediate start, full-time, on-site at the school, with collaboration across staff and families to promote safe, healthy learning.

Qualifications

• Active Illinois RN license
• Healthcare/nursing training for pediatric population
• Ability to start immediately
• On-site work required

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to students in grades K–5
• Administer medications and manage health conditions for students
• Conduct or assist health screenings (vision, hearing)
• Maintain accurate health records and documentation
• Respond to illnesses, injuries, and medical emergencies
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, families and support staff
• Implement health plans, IEP health services and 504 accommodations
