Wasatch Peak Academy in North Salt Lake seeks a collaborative, student-centered Assistant Principal to join our leadership team. The role focuses on supporting day-to-day school operations, instructional leadership, student discipline, and family communications to foster a positive school culture.

The successful candidate will work with the Principal, teachers, families, and specialists to sustain high achievement, equity, and engagement across our K-6 campus as WPA expands to a second campus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
• Experience working in an elementary school setting.
• Demonstrated leadership experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively with students, staff, and families.
• Preferred: Master's degree in educational leadership.
• Utah administrative license or eligibility.

Responsabilités

• Support day-to-day operation of the school and assist the Principal.
• Lead student culture, discipline, and supervision.
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and administrators to support instruction and student needs.
• Mentor and develop teachers and staff, using MTSS data to guide decisions.
• Participate in events and community relations to strengthen WPA's campus culture.
