Qualifications

• Masters degree with emphasis in supervision, educational administration, elementary curriculum, or related field.
• Five years of successful teaching experience; at least one year in MCPS.
• Three years of school-based leadership or similar central services experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist with administering and supervising the total school program.
• Provide educational leadership for students and staff consistent with community goals.
• Establish a climate conducive to learning and coordinate programs.
• Plan, coordinate, affect change, and participate in decision making.
• Attend evening and weekend activities and PTA meetings as required.
