Qualifications

• Prior relevant experience preferred.
• Maine Department of Education CHRC or ability to attain.

Responsibilities

• Consults with the School Nutrition Office when questions arise.
• Plans kitchen schedule for efficient food production.
• Hiring, Training, Supervising and Evaluating Employees.
• Maintains a daily/weekly employee timesheet.
• Ensures compliance with health regulations and district policies.
• Maintains accurate daily/weekly cash sheets and bank deposits.
