Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
• Knowledge of all aspects of facility maintenance.
• Experience supervising custodial staff and overseeing contractors.
• Ability to work independently and be self-starter.
• Ability to assist with budgeting.

Responsibilities

• Direct and supervise custodial staff.
• Oversee contractors and maintenance activities.
• Interact with the public regarding facility use.
• Assist in budget development and management.
• Maintain all aspects of facility maintenance including lighting, water, heating, ventilation, alarms, clocks, and generators.
