Responsibilities

• Assist in implementation of the curriculum
• Help maintain all physical facilities to ensure safety and compliance with laws
• Maintain credentialing requirements for the job
• Speak with parents daily and answer questions
• Support two-way communication between daycare workers, director and parents
• Follow policies set by the director
• Ensure working hours stay within part-time limits (up to 30 hours/week)
• Prepare materials for instructional activities
• Supervise and lead activities of groups of children
• Maintain a clean and orderly environment for students
