Qualifications

• Master’s degree with coursework in Education or related field.
• Valid or eligible teaching license with School Counseling endorsement.
• Experience in K-5 counseling preferred.
• Ability to use data to inform program planning.
• Strong collaboration with families and staff.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct counseling services to PreK-5 students and support their academic, career and personal/social development.
• Design, implement, and assess the guidance curriculum and classroom guidance sessions.
• Consult with families and staff to discuss student needs and educational options.
• Collaborate with colleagues to plan career planning events and transitions.
• Participate in school crisis response and support teams.
