• Master's Degree in School Counseling and Virginia certification required.
• Post-graduate certification/licensure in school counseling required.
• 214-day contract.
• Experience delivering ASCA-aligned school counseling programs recommended.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual counseling to students for academic, social-emotional, and career development.
• Deliver small group counseling for common student challenges.
• Lead classroom guidance lessons focusing on student success and well-being.
• Collaborate with school staff and families to support student achievement.
• Analyze data to inform program planning and evaluate impact.
• Participate in Intervention Team and related teams as needed.
