• Plan, organize and deliver a comprehensive school counseling program aligned with ASCA National Model
• Collaborate with parents/guardians, teachers and administrators to support student success
• Deliver counseling services via classroom instruction, small group and individual counseling
• Use data to guide program decisions and monitor student progress
• Maintain effective communication and build relationships with stakeholders
• Manage program calendars, action plans and accountability measures
• Provide leadership and crisis counseling when needed
