Qualifications

• Must have license/certification as OTA in WA state.
• Graduate of an accredited OTA program.
• Minimum of 2 years of school-based experience.
• Pediatric experience preferred.
• Ability to work independently with limited supervision.
• Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Implement occupational therapy treatment plans developed by the supervising OT.
• Provide direct therapy services to students in educational settings.
• Monitor student progress and document results.
• Assist with assessments and data collection.
• Collaborate with teachers, therapists, support staff, and families to promote student success.
• Support students in developing fine motor, sensory, self-regulation, and functional skills for school participation.
