Sagent Behavioral Health seeks a School Based Therapist to provide comprehensive mental health services within elementary schools in Minnesota. You will assess, diagnose, treat, and support students, collaborating with school staff, families, and external agencies.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in one of the behavioral sciences or related fields from an accredited college or university.
• Proficient in the use of Office 365 and EHR systems.
• Experience completing diagnostic assessments, treatment plans and clinical notes with appropriate boundaries.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate mental health diagnoses and create, implement and maintain treatment plans with documentation.
• Utilize creative interventions to help clients reach goals.
• Coordinate services with families, case managers, and school staff as needed.
