Job summary

Centerstone in Tennessee seeks a licensed or license-eligible therapist to provide school-based therapy to elementary students in McMinn County Schools. The role requires strong clinical judgment, diagnosis formulation, and treatment planning in a school setting.

You will document timely, collaborate with supervisors, and deliver culturally competent care. A Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology, MH Counseling, Social Work, or related field is required; license-eligibility is preferred.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Clinical Psychology, MH Counseling, Social Work, or Marriage and Family Therapy or related field.
• If a related field, 24 graduate-level hours in psychology, social work, counseling, or behavioral health coursework may be required.
• Clinical treatment and treatment planning; DSM usage in internship or practicum.

Responsibilities

• Formulate a diagnosis after intake assessment.
• Complete timely clinical documentation.
• Create and update treatment plans.
• Provide therapy based on assessment and diagnosis.
• Respond to supervisory communication in virtual or face-to-face settings.
• Keep supervisor informed of issues affecting the program.
• Respond to client needs promptly.
• Demonstrate good clinical judgment in client care.
