Job summary

Qualifications

• Licensed Master’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or Nursing (licensure in progress allowed).
• RN must have Psychiatric Mental Health Accreditation (ANCC).
• Compliance with supervision requirements of respective Board.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a caseload of consumers and document required assessments and treatment plans (including DSM-related records).
• Document Health Assessments, Bio-Psychosocial Assessments, Treatment Plans, reviews, continuing care, and termination summaries.
• Participate in staffing, case conferences, and consultations with other staff as needed.
