Qualifications

• Master's degree in educational administration or a related field.

• Advancing Educational Leadership (AEL) certificate or ILD/ILT or equivalent, or must be obtained within 3 months of start date.
• Minimum three (3) years' experience as an assistant principal preferred.
• Proven success in improving student outcomes.
