Responsibilities

• Coordinate instructional efforts with classroom teacher.
• Prepare lesson outlines and plans for assigned areas.
• Develop teaching aids such as bibliographies, charts, and graphs.
• Present subject matter using varied methods.
• Prepare, administer, and grade examinations.
• Assist students individually or in groups with reading and literacy tasks.
• Assist teachers with routine tasks (attendance, materials, AV equipment, field trips).
• Supervise the classroom when needed.
• Perform other related work as required.
