Job summary

Qualified candidates have a Bachelor's or higher and at least 3 years of elementary teaching experience. This position does not transfer laterally within CFISD during the school year.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher from a recognized, accredited college or university.
• Valid Texas Certification for EC-6 or EC-4 (Standard, Provisional, or One-Year certificates only; ACP candidates on a probationary certificate do not qualify).
• Minimum of three (3) years of successful experience as an elementary classroom teacher preferred.
• Strong experience with at-risk / small group reading intervention and instruction.
• Excellent classroom management.
• This position does not qualify for a lateral teacher transfer within CFISD during the school year.
