Job summary

Overtown Youth Center is seeking an Elementary Program Coordinator to manage and implement after-school programs for elementary students. The role includes coordinating activities, maintaining safe environments, and liaising with partner schools to support student outcomes.

The coordinator will provide case coordination services, develop Individual Success Plans, and document progress while collaborating with CAP advisors and OYC staff.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in youth programs.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills; able to work with diverse individuals and teams.

Responsibilities

• Support program team in recruitment for elementary students.
• Develop a safe, engaging learning environment for students.
• Coordinate program activities and special projects.
• Chaperone after-school outings and trips with students.
• Submit attendance and data timely.
