1. Elementary Program Coordinator

Responsibilities include:

• Leading afterschool and summer programming for Kindergarten–4th grade students, focusing on academics, social-emotional learning, and trauma-informed enrichment activities.
• Creating meaningful learning experiences for students in 5th–8th grade through academic support, SEL groups, mentoring, and college/career exploration.
• Working in a mission-driven, inclusive environment.
• Building relationships with students, families, schools, and community partners.
• Empowering youth with skills to thrive academically and beyond.
