Qualifications

• Master's degree in Guidance Counseling with valid Texas counseling certificate.
• Texas counseling certificate required.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Promote district initiatives and growth mindset with staff, parents, community, and students.
• Coordinate school counseling program across PK–12 and CCMR initiatives.
• Serve as liaison between Counseling Services and campus leadership meetings.
• Plan and document guidance lessons and SEL activities for all grade levels PK–12.
• Organize campus counseling team meetings and professional development trainings.
