The role is non-exempt and follows the school calendar, with compensation stated as an hourly range. Ideal candidates hold a HS diploma or GED and can communicate clearly in writing and speaking.

Formación

• At least 18 years of age.
• Hold a high school diploma or GED.
• Two years of work experience with children or two years of related coursework.
• Bachelor's Degree or higher qualifies for Tier Two.
• Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.

Responsabilidades

• Substitute for the classroom teacher for short periods as needed.
• Assist with daily instructional tasks and monitor student progress.
• Reinforce skills taught by the teacher and guide small groups.
• Support classroom routines, attendance, and student work collections.
• Assist in maintaining a safe, clean, and engaging classroom.
