Responsibilities

• Communicates regularly with parents outside normal classroom day via newsletters and conferences.
• Establishes and maintains standards of student behavior.
• Evaluates students' growth and keeps records.
• Identifies student needs and develops education plans.
• Available to students and parents outside instructional day.
• Plans and coordinates work of aides, parents and volunteers.
