Qualifications

• Bachelor's from an accredited college or university in education discipline applicable to teaching assignment.
• MA DESE Teaching License in Music, All Levels.
• Successful prior teaching experience for the appropriate grade level and/or subject.

Responsibilities

• Develops and administers curriculum aligned to district goals and objectives.
• Demonstrates culturally responsive teaching practices.
• Maintains safe learning environment and organizes instruction for varied learner needs.
• Coordinates with grade-level staff and participates in meetings.
• Instructs General Music K-5 and Instrumental Band, including before-school band at 7:30 AM.
