Job summary

Spotsylvania County Public Schools is seeking a Math Intervention Paraeducator at Smith Station Elementary to support teachers and students in instructional activities. Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist students with organization and completion of daily work.
• Support instruction using prescribed programs and established curriculum.
• Assist with evaluating and testing students.
• Work with small groups of students in various subject areas.
• Monitor student behavior and safety.
• Perform routine clerical duties such as copying, typing, answering/making telephone calls, and basic troubleshooting.
• Carry out non-instructional duties including parent pickup/curbside duty, cafeteria duty, bus duty, hall duty, office duty, and class coverage as necessary.
