Responsibilities

• Supports teachers and administrators in developing increased content knowledge and pedagogical strategies through ongoing professional learning.
• Provides ongoing support in curriculum, instruction, and assessment to build capacity within school faculties.
• Fosters collegial relationships and engaging learning environments as a consultant and coach.
• Coaches teachers in lesson design, instructional strategies, and assessment.
• Assists in designing and implementing curriculum units based on state standards.
• Coordinates services for students in multiple tiers for intervention and classroom instruction.
