Qualifications

• PACertification: K-12 Reading Specialist and/or K-6 Elementary and/or K-3 Early Childhood and/or 4-8 ELA concentration required.
• Minimum of 3 years of teaching experience.
• Experience planning and delivering differentiated small group literacy instruction within an elementary workshop framework.

Responsibilities

• Analyze student data to identify instructional needs, develop intervention groups, and monitor progress.
• Plan and deliver systematic, evidence-based literacy interventions for students receiving Tier II/III support.
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and support staff to implement effective instructional strategies and monitor outcomes.
• Plan, model, co-teach, and support high-quality literacy instruction to improve student achievement.
• Provide instructional coaching through observation, feedback, reflection, and collaborative planning.
