You will set ambitious goals with scholars, monitor progress, and collaborate with the Academics Team and leadership to support growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited four-year college or university.
• Valid state teaching license/certification (Tennessee or Mississippi), or a commitment to enroll in an approved alternative certification program upon hire.
• Strong ability to navigate instructional technology and data systems.
• Ability to design and deliver instruction using a variety of digital tools and learning platforms.
• Openness to giving and receiving frequent, actionable feedback as part of a continuous improvement culture.
• Ability to maintain professionalism and emotional composure in high-pressure situations.
• Demonstrated commitment to ongoing learning, growth, and professional development.
