Job summary

Ridge Point Community Church in Holland, MI seeks an Elementary Coordinator to engage K-4th graders during weekly Sunday services. You’ll plan large and small group experiences, implement the curriculum, and support parents as the primary spiritual influence at home.

The role is part-time (24 hours) including weekends and some evenings, with oversight of weekend classrooms and volunteer teams. Preference for prior church ministry experience and a home church commitment within six months.

Qualifications

• Prefer two years' experience in church ministry.
• Experience developing and leading volunteer teams.
• Commitment to Ridge Point Community Church as home church within 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all Elementary classrooms on weekends.
• Recruit, train, and empower Elementary volunteers.
• Plan and execute family events and weekly programming.
