Job summary

Liberty Live Church is seeking an Elementary Director to develop, promote, and implement a comprehensive Parent and Kids Ministry for children in 1st to 5th grade. This part-time position requires attendance at Sunday and mid-week services.

Responsibilities include planning events, providing training for volunteers, and managing the Kids Ministry. Ideal candidates should have experience in Kids ministry and the ability to relate to families.

Qualifications

• Ability to be a part of a ministry team.
• Ability to learn and abide by Church policies and procedures.
• Self-starter with drive, passion, and initiative.

Responsibilities

• Innovate, plan, and carry out events for children and families.
• Provide a discipling process for children.
• Develop and lead a team for Sunday Kids ministry.

Skills

Ability to relate to children and parents personally
