Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Campus Pastor and Director of Next Generation to ensure quality and consistency.
• Recruit, onboard, train, and develop elementary ministry volunteers and leaders.
• Manage ministry resources, track expenses, and assist with budget planning within campus guidelines.
• Maintain records of children and families participating in Community Kids at Mount Pleasant.
