Job summary

Anne Arundel County Public Schools is seeking a Coordinator for Integrated Math Elementary to lead grades 1–5 curricula and assessments across the central office in Annapolis, MD. The role emphasizes data-informed teaching practices and equity-focused program implementation.

The candidate should hold a Master’s in Education (Math preferred) with at least five years of teaching experience and MSDE leadership licensure eligibility, plus strong collaboration and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in education, mathematics preferred, from a regionally accredited college or university required.
• Five years of successful teaching experience required.
• Hold or be eligible for Supervisor of Instruction, Assistant Principal, and Principal licensure issued by MSDE.

Responsibilities

• Plans, develops, and implements the content area’s multi-year strategic plan aligned with the district’s vision.
• Supervises and rates staff, screens applicants for school-based content area leadership and instruction and collaborates on staffing decisions with school-based administration.
• Analyzes district data to make informed decisions to ensure alignment between what is being taught and assessed.
• Develops curricula and assessments aligned with Maryland standards using Universal Design for Learning.
