Job summary

ISD 728 is seeking an Advisor/Director at Rogers Middle School to lead athletic activities, ensure compliance with MSHSL rules, and prepare practice and game plans. You will mentor staff, foster student engagement, and coordinate with families and community resources.

The role emphasizes safety, equipment maintenance, and developing a program-specific handbook to support student success and district policies.

Qualifications

Description:

The Advisor/Director provides leadership and expertise regarding the rules, strategies, and techniques for the assigned activity, utilizing knowledge of the specific activity and safety to prepare participants mentally and physically to compete at the highest level.
