Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree and Delaware teaching licensure required.
• Strong knowledge of Delaware State Standards and Common Core.
• Experience in urban education preferred.
• Ability to plan and deliver aligned instruction with effective assessment.

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement instruction aligned to Delaware State Standards and CCSS.
• Create purposeful lesson plans that maximize student time on task.
• Maintain classroom environment conducive to learning and safety.
• Assess student progress and prepare reports as scheduled.
• Collaborate with teams to improve curriculum and student outcomes.
