Responsibilities

• Mentor, model, and coach for teachers and staff involved in the program.
• Provide ongoing, systemic professional development to refine instructional quality across the curriculum.
• Collaborate with teachers and administrators to ensure all students become proficient readers, writers, and problem solvers.
• Analyze data (MAP, DRA, etc.) to inform daily instruction and curriculum improvements.
• Coordinate PLCs, study groups, and action research teams to support literacy development.
