Responsibilities

• Collaborate with district/building admins and BPDC to plan high quality PD.
• Coach teachers in planning, assessing, and differentiating instruction.
• Analyze student data to guide training and improvement actions.
• Develop and monitor 15‑30‑45 day improvement plans with teachers.
• Lead and participate in district and school professional development activities.
• Provide constructive feedback and model effective coaching conversations.
