Responsibilities

• Provide staff development and coaching to instructional staff.
• Visit classrooms and deliver feedback related to student learning needs.
• Model exemplary lessons and assist in teaching student groups per principal.
• Use student data with staff to adjust instruction, materials and strategies.
• Develop and monitor plans to support at‑risk students.
• Stay current with curriculum issues and district standards.
• Help develop and present workshops supporting the Campus Improvement Plan.
• Engage parents to promote involvement in school.
• Perform other curriculum duties as assigned; maintain reliable attendance.
