Responsibilities

Provide assistance to instructional staff on teaching/learning and classroom management.
Visit classrooms and provide feedback and coaching related to student learning needs.
Model exemplary lessons in the classroom.
Assist in teaching student groups as directed by the principal.
Use student data to recommend changes in instruction, materials and strategies.
Develop and monitor plans to support at-risk students.
Stay updated on curriculum issues and district standards.
Help present workshops supporting the Campus Improvement Plan.
Engage parents to promote involvement in school.
Perform other curriculum duties as assigned by the principal.
Maintain regular and reliable attendance as an essential job function.
