Qualifications

• Principal PK-12 or Superintendent Letter of Eligibility certification
• Curricular or Central Office administrator experience
• Building Principal experience

• Additions or alternatives to qualifications per Pennsylvania law and PDE guidance

Responsibilities

• Provide coaching and support to school leaders on instructional leadership and data-informed decision making
• Support implementation of district strategic priorities and initiatives
• Guide leaders to develop processes ensuring fidelity of district initiatives
• Assist with classroom observations and provide actionable feedback
• Foster collaborative learning environments across campuses
• Build staff capacity for standards-driven instruction and professional growth
• Coordinate instruction programs and curricular planning across sites
• Analyze student data and evaluation data to improve leadership practices
• Align PA standards with the district instructional framework
• Maintain high standards of integrity, professionalism and safety
