Job summary

Villa Montessori School in Phoenix, AZ, seeks a Full-Time Assistant Teacher for Elementary II (ages 9 to 12) for the 2026/2027 school year. Hours are 7:45am to 3:30pm, Monday through Friday, totaling about 35–40 hours weekly.

The assistant will support the lead teacher, help run daily activities and lessons, and keep a well-organized, compassionate classroom. Prior Montessori experience is a plus but not required.

Established Montessori School is looking for Full-Time Assistant Teachers at the following levels for the upcoming 2026/2027 School Year:

Elementary II – Ages 9to 12

The hours for these positions range from 7:45am to 3:30pm (35-40 hrs per week), Monday through Friday.

As an assistant you will provide support to the lead teacher and help run the daily activities and lessons in the classroom. This individual must be organized, compassionate, professional and passionate about working with children! Experience in the Montessori classroom is a strong plus but not required.
