Job summary

Alpha is hiring to lead an Elementary Program for K-3 students, focusing on coaching Guides and students using performance data and classroom observations. You will own outcomes for a cohort, analyze data, deliver workshops on communication, resilience, focus, and accountability, and build repeatable coaching playbooks to raise performance.

This is a hands-on role in classrooms, not a traditional instructional position.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education or related field.
• At least 5 years of experience with elementary-aged children.
• Experience leading teams of five or more people.
• Demonstrated data-driven approach to improve outcomes.
• Strong storytelling and facilitation skills.

Responsibilities

• Coach Guides and students using performance data to achieve improvements.
• Facilitate workshops for K-3 focused on life skills.
• Lead coaching sessions connecting motivation to academic growth.
• Build and refine coaching playbooks for the Guide team.
• Train and mentor Guides while modeling coaching daily.
