Job summary

Soliant Health seeks a full-time General Education Teacher to support PK-6 students in Austin, TX. You will foster curiosity, academic growth, and a positive classroom culture in a collaborative school setting.

The role offers Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., with compensation ranging from $35 to $42 per hour based on experience and credentials. Comprehensive benefits are included.

Qualifications

• Possess a valid Texas Teaching Certificate.
• Core subject certification may be required.
• Completion of at least one year of student teaching or an approved internship.
• Strong classroom management skills and a commitment to facilitating student success.
• Ability to create an inclusive, engaging, and supportive classroom environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver general education instruction to PK-6th grade students following district and state standards.
• Develop lesson plans, adapt activities to diverse learning needs, and utilize varied instructional strategies.
• Assess student progress regularly and communicate outcomes with parents and staff.
• Foster a safe, respectful, and motivating learning environment.
• Collaborate with colleagues, families, and support staff to promote each child's academic and personal growth.
• Participate in professional development and extracurricular activities as required.
