Job summary

Responsibilities

• Perform receptionist/clerical duties at the campus office
• Maintain confidentiality of information
• Assist in administrative records and reports
• Assist with inventory, materials, and equipment
• Prepare instructional materials and displays
• Assist with library materials handling and shelving
• Support teachers with instructional activities and student needs
• Monitor student behavior and assist with campus routines
• Coordinate communications with parents and staff
• Follow district policies and procedures
