Grants Pass School District No. 7 is seeking an in-district Food Service Assistant Manager for Lincoln Elementary, to oversee meal service and operations for 5.75 hours per day during the 2026-2027 school year.

Located in Grants Pass, Oregon, this role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, three years of school lunchroom experience, and ability to obtain a Food Handlers Card; bilingual Spanish preferred. Includes benefits and COLA adjustments.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; home economics courses preferred.
• Three years of experience in preparation and serving of food in a school lunchroom or cafeteria.
• Must obtain a Food Handlers Card upon hire date.
• Knowledge of methods of preparing, cooking, and serving foods; large lunchroom management; federal/state forms; proper nutrition.
• Ability to prepare food planned; operate equipment; keep complex records; follow directions; work with staff and students.
• Spanish bilingual and biliterate preferred.
