Job summary

Match Charter Public School in Boston is seeking an Elementary School ESL teacher (LAT) for an immediate start at Match Community Day, Hyde Park Campus. A valid MA ESL license and current US work authorization are required. The position runs Monday–Friday, 7:00am–2:45pm (4:30pm Wednesdays).

Salary ranges from $61,812 to $98,899 with comprehensive benefits including 90% health insurance coverage and student loan repayment assistance. Start date is ASAP.

Qualifications

• Valid ESL license issued by the Massachusetts Department of Elementary and Secondary Education by date of hire.
• Current US work authorization required.

Responsibilities

• Providing co‑teaching, instructional and inclusion support in general education classes with multilingual learners.
• Providing targeted language interventions to multilingual students in a small group setting.
• Using ELD levels and other formative assessments to drive instruction and achieve language acquisition goals.
• Helping to manage the school's language acquisition programming including paperwork, teacher professional development, parent/student communication, testing/screening, and compliance requirements.
