Primary Health Solutions in Dayton, OH is seeking an Education Aide / Education Specialist to staff the South Connection Enrichment Program in Oakwood, serving elementary students with enrichment activities.
You will plan, implement and evaluate activities, supervise students, assist with transportation and meals, and help maintain a safe, engaging environment under program supervision.
Must be at least 18 with a high school diploma; bachelor’s degree preferred.

This position is under the direct supervision of the South Connection Program Manager. The program operates 7AM – 6PM Monday through Friday except for designated closings. The position is to staff the South Connection Enrichment Program in Oakwood, a consultation and education project. The project provides an enrichment program for elementary school-aged children.

Must be at least 18 years old and have a high school diploma or GED. Must be able to pass a background check, motor vehicle check and drug test. Specialist: Must be at least 18 years old and have a bachelor’s degree.
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
To perform this job successfully, an individual should have the ability to gain knowledge of current practice management system, electronic medical record, Microsoft Word, text paging, Internet, and Intranet.
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations
Must earn and maintain Basic Life Support (BLS) certification. This training is available through PHS.
