Responsibilities

• Meet and instruct assigned classes using curriculum guides approved by the Board.
• Maintain a classroom environment conducive to learning and appropriate for student maturity and interests.
• Develop daily lesson plans and provide individualized and small group instruction to meet student needs.
• Evaluate students' academic and social growth and maintain progress records.
• Communicate with parents through report cards, conferences, and other means to discuss progress.
