Qualifications

• Valid NYS Professional/Initial Teacher License.
• Bachelor's or Master's in Elementary Childhood Education or related field.
• Experience teaching elementary grade students.
• Proficiency with the Science of Reading and NYS Next Generation Learning Standards.
• Experience with educational software and data-informed instruction.
• Strong classroom management and differentiated instruction.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Create a dynamic learning environment with differentiated instruction across subjects to meet each student’s needs.
• Observe and assess student progress and communicate regularly with parents to celebrate successes and discuss development.
