Qualifications

• Three years of teaching experience; elementary experience preferred.
• Must possess a valid Indiana Building Level Administrator certification.
• Knowledge of best practices in academics and behavior.
• Strong planning, administrative, supervisory, analytical, and oral/written communication skills.
• Must be able to legally operate a motor vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate student behavior functions at the assigned school site.
• Oversee and assist with student supervision, expulsions, and manifestation determinations.
• Review, analyze and implement student management plans in response to student discipline data.
• Assist faculty and staff with interpreting student discipline data and developing and implementing classroom management strategies.
